Recycling alone won’t deliver a circular economy — reuse and recycling must work in partnership. Without industry collaboration reuse will be continually kicked down the road.
World Wildlife Fund call for reuse and refill rolled out at scale across retail by 2028/2029. To achieve this in two years, policy levers will be critical and so will industry leadership.
The UK Reuse Alliance is that leadership.

Making the commercial and environmental case for reuse impossible to ignore — in boardrooms, media, and government.
4. Drive consumer adoption
Supporting consistent, clear communications that build trust and make returns second nature.
